In Licensing Manager

Our Client a global leading Healthcare company is looking for an In-Licensing Manager Tasks Identify and evaluate in-licensing opportunities with a focus on ready-to-launch assets across Europe, including MAs, ongoing DCPs, IRPs for the UK, and MRP/RUP for EU regions. Lead negotiations and deal structuring for licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to assess product fit, partner potential, and commercial viability. Apply regulatory and manufacturing expertise across major regulated markets to support portfolio development and compliance. Monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts, leveraging strong networking and negotiation skills to uncover and secure new business opportunities. Profile A degree in pharmacy, science, biotechnology, or microbiology; an MBA is a plus. Experience in business development, especially in the generic pharma industry. Strong skills in networking and negotiation. Good at analyzing data and using tools like Microsoft Office. Able to think strategically and make smart decisions.
