Our client, a highly regarded business in the South West, is seeking a skilled Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their busy and growing legal team. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value commercial disputes , a supportive culture, and flexible hybrid working arrangements . About the Role As a key member of the in-house legal function, you will: Manage and resolve commercial disputes across the business. Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders. Lead on high-value and complex cases , collaborating with external counsel when needed. Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and settlement agreements . Support proactive risk management and dispute prevention initiatives. About You The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution. Have trained or worked at a leading law firm or busy in-house legal department . Be capable of working autonomously and handling a varied caseload confidently. Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills . Demonstrate a commercial outlook and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
