TIG WELDERS People Solutions are currently recruiting for a TIG Welder (Stainless Steel & Aluminium) to join our well-established client based in Redditch on a full-time permanent basis. Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Overtime available based on production demand Two shifts available (to be discussed at interview): Mon–Thu 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday 7:30am–1:30pm Mon–Thu 6:00am–3:00pm, Friday 6:00am–12:00pm Salary: £29,120 - £32,240 per annum, dependent on experience (£14.00 – £15.50 per hour equivalent) Benefits: Company pension Free parking Life insurance Site parking Permanent position Day to Day Duties Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminium Work from engineering drawings to meet daily manufacturing targets Produce high-quality welds in line with company standards Work independently and uphold strict quality control measures Collaborate with the Welding Coordinator and Quality team Essential Skills Minimum of two years' TIG welding experience Ability to weld aluminium and/or stainless steel Skilled in reading and working from engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and ability to produce work with minimal flaws Team player with a proactive and flexible approach Desirable Skills: Previous experience welding to 9606-1 and 9606-2 standards Background in manufacturing and fabrication environments Training: Onsite weld test required as part of the interview process Ongoing training and development opportunities to support progression Contact: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below People Solutions do not charge any of their candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process
