Childcare Lawyer

We are currently recruiting for an experience Childcare Lawyer with 1years PQE to join our client’s multi-accredited practice based in close to Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire on a full time Hybrid basis. The successful Lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to advise public sectors and not for profit clients on a range of childcare matters. Responsibilities Care proceedings Adoption Legal Aid applications Applications for secure accommodation Public law outline matters (PLO) Issues relating to the protection of children and young people Attending court to conduct advocacy Revoking placement orders The Candidate Solicitors with a minimum of 1 years PQE Experience in childcare law is essential for this role Shows a strong work ethic Strong communication skills IT Proficient Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines The Firm Our client is a highly regarded law firm specialising in the public sector.
