Childcare Locum

Childcare Locum Duration: 6 months Hybrid or fully remote working will be considered We are currently seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join a well-respected Law Firm to undertake the work of a number of Local Authority clients. Duties will include: Managing a caseload of between 8-12 care cases depending on experience Undertaking advocacy in person on hearings such as CMH's and IRH's Providing sound legal advice to the children's team on a range of complex child protection matters The role benefits from good paralegal and legal assistant support. This is a 6-month role. Full-time hours preferred however, 4 days or compressed hours will be considered. We are seeking a candidate with extensive public law childcare experience.
