RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5 PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £55-75,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the highly regarded residential property team at a Legal 500 firm known for delivering outstanding legal services. JOB REF: 215301595 The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will handle a broad spectrum of conveyancing matters, providing expert advice to a diverse client base on complex and challenging cases. • You will manage and oversee your own independent caseload, covering a wide range of transactions including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, new-builds, shared ownership, unregistered properties, as well as working on Right to Buy and Help to Buy cases. • The firm is seeking candidates with proven experience and strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory requirements. This role also offers excellent prospects for career progression and development. • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key contacts, providing legal advice and support throughout every stage of the conveyancing process.
