Manufacturing Engineering Manager NPI

We are currently recruiting for an experienced New Product Introduction Manager to join a leading manufacturing business and play a key role in supporting continued growth. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with proven engineering and fabrication knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to deliver new product introductions to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Duties to Include: Overseeing all aspects of new project developments, including feasibility reviews, tooling design/manufacture, assembly development, and seamless production handover Conducting CMM measurement of samples and preparing PPAP documentation Managing customer and internal communication throughout the project lifecycle Working closely with suppliers to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met Supporting customers with product-related manufacturing design queries Implementing best practice solutions across projects and processes Experience/Skills Required: Required: Proven engineering and fabrication knowledge/background (minimum 3 years) Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise based on changing demands Experience delivering projects to tight deadlines Hours of Work Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00 Benefits Competitive salary Company pension scheme On-site parking Opportunities for training and professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment If you have not received a response within 5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
