Welder / Fabricator – Industrial & Marine Sector Location: Coleford Salary: From £14.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator looking to join a growing and innovative engineering company? Our client, a respected manufacturer of Industrial and Marine silencers , is expanding due to increased demand and is seeking a skilled individual to join their friendly and professional team. The Role: As a Welder/Fabricator , you'll play a key part in the fabrication and assembly of metal components , ensuring top-quality workmanship. Reporting directly to the Fabrication Supervisor , you will: Carry out TIG welding and general fabrication tasks using hand and power tools Interpret drawings, take precise measurements, and assemble components accurately Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team Be flexible and willing to assist with other workshop duties as required On-site training for specific fabrication equipment will be provided where necessary.
