Trainee Customer Sales Executive

Due to continued growth, our client, who are a well-established family business and leaders in their sector, have a new exciting opportunity for a Trainee Customer Sales Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis in Ross-on-Wye. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen and willing to learn. Responsibilities: -Deal with customer enquiries through all channels, responding in a timely manner -Follow up on quotes, providing additional product information to enhance branch sales - Inputting relevant information into the company system to help achieve enquiry conversion - Make some outbound sales calls to prospective customers Candidate Attributes: -Strong communication skills -Confident and willing to learn -Able to work independently -Competent in Microsoft Office Hours 40 hours per 5 days per week - weekend availability required on a rota basis Salary up to £24,000 team bonus free onsite parking private medical insurance
