AbouttheRole: AsPartsManager,youlloverseethedailymanagementofvehiclepartsandmaterials,ensuringthetimelyandaccurateflowofinventorythroughoutthedepot.Youllworkcloselywithtechniciansandoperationalteamstoensureallmaterialsarereceived,stored,tracked,anddistributedefficiently.Thisisahands-onleadershiprolerequiringstrongorganizationalskills,operationalexperience,andaproactive,team-orientedapproach. KeyResponsibilities: Overseereceiving,unpacking,andverificationofincomingpartsandmaterialsusingERPandwarehousesystems(e.g.,SAP,Lightspeed,Reynolds&Reynolds,etc.) ManageinventorytransactionsusinghandheldRFdevicesandWarehouseManagementSystems(WMS) Conductandsupervisestockchecks,cyclecounts,andphysicalinventoryaudits Coordinatepackaging,labeling,andpreparationofmaterialsforinternaluseoroutboundshipping Manageorderpickingforrepairs,serviceneeds,andscraprequests Ensureallshipmentsanddeliveriesincludeaccuratedocumentation(packingslips,billsoflading,manualtags) Upholdsafety,cleanliness,andcompliancestandardsthroughoutthepartsdepartment Supportcross-traininganddevelopmentwithinthewarehouseteam Fulfillinternalrequisitionsandensurepartsaredeliveredefficientlytotechniciansandserviceareas Trackandreportonkeyoperationalmetricsandinventoryaccuracy WhatWe'reLookingFor: Provenexperienceinthe automotiveindustry ,particularlyinpartsmanagement,dealershipoperations,servicecentres,manufacturing,orsimilarsettings Comfortableleadingateamandworkingcloselywithtechniciansinaworkshoporserviceenvironment Knowledgeofsupplychainprinciples,inventorysystems,andpartshandlingprocesses SkilledinExcelandreportingtools;familiaritywithinventoryandERPsystems Hands-onexperiencewithwarehousetoolslikepalletjacks(forkliftcertificationnotrequired) Strongattentiontodetail,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmaintainawell-organizedworkspace Aproactiveleaderwhoswillingtojumpinwhereneededwhetherorganisingparts,managingdeliveries,ormaintainingstockroomstandards WhyJoinUs?
