Senior Commercial Officer – Glasgow (Hybrid) - £55,000 Hiring for a leading global defence and technology business in Glasgow , supporting a portfolio of high-profile projects that shape the future of defence, simulation, and training solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage contracts across diverse projects and campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and strong customer relationships. Act as a commercial lead in bid teams, preparing proposals, reviewing contracts, and securing governance approvals. Provide strategic guidance on pricing, risk management, contract development, and margin growth opportunities. Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with Legal, IP, Tax, Supply Chain, and project teams to ensure compliance and operational success. Build strong, enduring relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Skills & Experience Proven commercial experience in defence, regulated industries, or other complex environments.
