Job Description

We’re actively looking for an experienced Account Manager focusing on new business development to join our dynamic and proactive team. You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing existing client accounts while actively seeking out new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. The ability and willingness to travel between sites across Wales and England is essential, whilst experience of the IT industry and the ability to communicate bilingually (Welsh and English) is preferable. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. · Understand client goals, pain points, and objectives. · Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor. New Business Development: · Identify and target potential clients. · Conduct market research to find untapped opportunities. · Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations. Sales Strategy: · Help develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions. · Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly. This post provides a challenging, exciting and rewarding opportunity for the ideal candidate including a basic salary and attractive bonus incentive. Basic £29,000 with genuine OTE of approx. £57,500.
