Vehicle Mechanic

Red Sky are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join a growing team at Gatwick Airport. Working as a mechanic, you will be responsible for the servicing of all ground equipment airside. You must ensure all GSE (Ground Service Equipment) is maintained to a high level. Vehicle Mechanic Responsibilities and Duties Servicing, maintenance, and repair of GSE Equipment Complete all paperwork to a high standard. Providing a best-in-class customer experience for our business customers Comply with HS Legislation Liaise with internal customers. Assist in carrying out all vehicle mechanical and electrical PPM (Planned and Preventative Maintenance) in line with set schedules Vehicle Mechanic Package Hours- 4 on 4 off 12hr day & night shifts Pay- £51,547 Enhanced overtime rates at time & a half Vehicle Mechanic About you GSE experience (desirable) GSE or HGV mechanical knowledge 5 year checkable history in order to get an airside pass Able to pass a basic criminal record check.
