Assistant Farm Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Farm Manager to join our dedicated team at a Breeder Laying Farm in Sleaford. What you'll do: Support the Farm Manager in the day-to-day running of the farm. Ensure the highest standards of bird welfare, biosecurity, and health & safety. Monitor production performance and maintain accurate records. Lead and motivate the farm team to achieve operational excellence. What we're looking for: Previous experience in poultry or livestock farming (breeder experience desirable). Strong organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach with a passion for animal welfare. Flexibility Working Hours: Dependant on the Operational needs of the farm - Typically you will work a 48 hour week, 5/6 days from 7 including weekends and being on call
