Interim Residential Development Lawyer - 3 Month FTC

We are currently looking to speak with experienced Real Estate Lawyers who specialise in residential development for an interim opportunity with a leading legal team. This role will support a busy period for a real estate legal team based in Cardiff. The team offers flexible working arrangements in the lead-up to the end of the year and into early 2026. This position falls under IR35 regulations, and they are looking for a lawyer who can start in early November. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years PQE in real estate law Strong experience in residential development transactions Confident handling: Drafting and negotiating option agreements, " Golden brick " transactions and Development title reports Able to work independently and manage own caseload This is a great opportunity to work with a high-profile client base, including major UK housebuilders, in a supportive and flexible environment.
