Your work will cover a range of matters including wills, trusts, probate, inheritance tax planning and Court of Protection issues. You will play an integral role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery. The Candidate You will be a newly qualified Solicitor with a genuine interest in private client law. Experience in wills, trusts, and probate gained during your training contract or prior legal experience will be essential.
