Paid Media Senior Executive – London Location: London (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive benefits About the Role We’re looking for a Paid Media Senior Executive to join our growing Performance Marketing team in London. You’ll play a key role in planning, activating, and optimising multi-channel paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display , driving measurable growth for our clients and/or brand. You’ll collaborate with strategists, creatives, and data specialists to deliver best-in-class campaigns that hit performance goals and push creative boundaries. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms. Support in developing paid media strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives. Analyse performance data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI. Produce regular campaign reports and present key findings to internal and external stakeholders. Assist in budget management, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficiency. Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities. Work closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure cohesive, data-driven campaigns . About You 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a paid media or performance marketing role (agency or in-house). Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. A passion for digital innovation and delivering measurable business results.
