QA Officer

Your new company You'll be joining a pharmaceutical manufacturer based near Manchester, known for producing unlicensed medicines and NHS-approved disinfectants. Your new role As a Quality Assurance Officer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the company's quality systems. You'll be responsible for: Supporting the execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) Managing CAPAs, deviations, complaints, recalls, and OOS/OOT investigations Participating in internal audits and supporting external and regulatory inspections Reviewing and generating SOPs and quality documentation Tracking KPIs and contributing to quality improvement initiatives This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday) with a 40-hour work week.
