Judicial Review Solicitor (Immigration Experience) Location: Flexible – offices across the UK / Hybrid working Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full-time About the Opportunity Harkaye Core Talent are exclusively representing a leading UK law firm in their search for an experienced Judicial Review Solicitor with strong Immigration Law experience. This is a confidential appointment within a nationally recognised firm known for its commitment to justice, client care, and impact-driven legal work. The successful candidate will join a specialist team handling high-profile, complex Judicial Review (JR) cases, particularly within the immigration and asylum sphere. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and skilled solicitor to work on meaningful litigation, influencing real change within public law. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of Judicial Review matters with a focus on immigration, asylum, and human rights. Draft detailed pre-action correspondence, statements of case, and evidence for JR proceedings. Conduct advocacy where appropriate and liaise with Counsel in more complex matters. Advise clients on immigration, asylum, and human rights law, including appeals and public law challenges. Ensure cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with firm and regulatory standards. Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing, keeping abreast of legislative and case law updates. About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a current practising certificate. Minimum 5  years’ PQE in Judicial Review and Immigration Law (experience in legal aid-funded work advantageous). Proven experience drafting pleadings and managing complex JR cases. Strong knowledge of immigration, asylum, and public law principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
