Job Description

We’re proud to be partnering with a leading London university on a landmark transformation programme following an institutional merger. As part of this exciting integration phase, we are recruiting experienced Change Managers to lead and support change initiatives related to the continued operational integration of the university following the merger. Job responsibilities include: Drive the delivery of change initiatives across a strategic portfolio, ensuring robust planning and successful execution Lead change delivery for either integration planning or implementation of the Target Operating Model across Professional Services Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and communications team Design and deliver training and coaching to build change capability Support cultural change initiatives Proactively manage change risks and resistance with targeted interventions Assess change impacts and readiness to ensure smooth implementation Candidate profile: Relevant professional qualification in Change Management Proven experience leading change and business improvements within Higher Education, the NHS, or wider public sector Motivated by the people perspective of change Ability to establish credibility with senior colleagues Daily rate: up to £500 Contract type: interim for 6/7 months Working hours: Full-time and part time working arrangement will be considered Location: Central London (hybrid working with 60% time on site) Early applications are encouraged as shortlisting will take place on a rolling basis.
