About the Role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning. From leading small group interventions to covering lessons in the teacher’s absence, you’ll help ensure pupils receive high-quality education and consistent support. You’ll work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and senior leaders to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and understood. Your adaptability, confidence, and enthusiasm will make a real difference in pupils’ progress and wellbeing.
