MSK Physiotherapist (Band 6–7) – Multiple Roles Hours: Full-time or part-time considered Contract: Permanent / Flexible Salary: Competitive (Band 6–7 equivalent, DOE) Location: Clinic & community settings (details provided at interview) The Role Join a multidisciplinary service where clinicians are given the time and support to deliver effective, evidence-based MSK care. You’ll work closely with a high-functioning MDT to maximise patient recovery through treatment and integrated pathways. This opportunity suits Physiotherapists currently operating at Band 6 or 7 in MSK (NHS or private). Sports experience isn’t essential —we’re focused on strong clinical reasoning, patient outcomes, and collaborative practice. What You’ll Do Deliver expert MSK assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Apply core skills: manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, pain education Contribute to MDT pathways, recognising when to involve other disciplines Set clear, patient-centred goals and measure outcomes Keep accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service quality Engage in ongoing CPD and case discussions to continually refine practice About You HCPC-registered Physiotherapist (or eligible) Proven MSK experience at Band 6/7 level or equivalent private practice Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills Confident across manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain education Team-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous improvement What You’ll Get Time to be effective with patients—quality over volume Structured CPD, mentoring and case review within a supportive MDT Opportunities to shape service development and clinical pathways Flexible working patterns where possible
