A local authority in South East England is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead their Adolescent Safeguarding Team. The team promotes relationship-based practice to help families overcome challenges and keep children safely at home. Practitioners benefit from integrated support, including adult mental health workers, domestic abuse specialists, and substance misuse professionals. Role Overview : The appointed Team Manager will: Lead and develop a team of social workers Contribute to strategic planning and policy development Ensure safe, effective practice and manageable caseloads Promote a collaborative and supportive team culture Why work for this particular local authority?
