Location: NW8 Type: Subcontract / Price Work Rate: £300 - £400 Per day Role Overview: We are seeking experienced HIU Installation Engineers to complete installs in social housing properties. This is price work, offering strong earning potential for engineers who deliver efficient work. Static work. Key Responsibilities: Carry out HIU installations and replacements in both occupied and void social housing properties. Complete associated pipework, flushing, commissioning, and testing. Ensure all works meet manufacturer guidelines, industry standards, and client specifications. Accurately record job completion details and provide required certification. Price Work Rates: HIU Install: £300 per unit Power Flush: £170 per system Mains Water Run: £120 per run Requirements: Proven experience as a HIU Installation Engineer NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
