We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to lead our business expansion, team management, and key account development in the Scotland region. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, coach, and motivate the field sales team in Scotland. Set clear team targets and action plans to ensure goal achievement and foster a high-performance culture. Regional Business Development & Channel Management: Develop and execute the regional market development and sales strategy. Expand and manage local distributors and retail channels (B2B) to enhance product visibility and market penetration. Key Account Development & Management: Independently responsible for the acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management of key accounts. Deeply understand client needs to provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. Market Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Closely monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales data within Scotland. Swiftly adapt and implement effective counter-strategies and collaborate with the marketing department on localized promotional activities. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all regional business activities adhere to company policies and comply with UK laws and regulations governing vaping product sales. Essential Requirements: Industry Experience: Must have 5 years of sales experience , with at least 3 years in Area Management or Key Account development within the vaping industry . A proven track record in vaping business development is highly preferred. Management Capability: Demonstrated experience in managing a field sales team , with a successful history of leading, performance-managing, and developing teams of 10 people. Business Development Skills: Exceptional ability in key account development and business negotiation , capable of independently leading client pitches and closing deals. Driving Prerequisite: Must hold a valid full UK driving licence and have access to a private vehicle for business use (a comprehensive vehicle allowance is provided). Work Authorization: Must possess the legal right to work in the UK without restriction. Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills. Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to frequent regional travel.
