Role Details: We are looking for a seasoned Construction Director to lead and coordinate a team of construction managers on a major EPC project in Glasgow. This role covers the entire project lifecycle—from engineering through to client handover—and requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in nuclear, oil & gas, or similar highly-regulated industries. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of construction managers across all phases of the project. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction activities in line with EPC standards. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client teams to ensure seamless project integration. Drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement across construction operations. Provide strategic input and leadership during project reviews and client engagements. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing large-scale EPC construction projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders. Background in Nuclear (preferred), oil and gas or other highly regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from engineering phase to client handover. Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related field. Relevant professional certifications (eg PMP, NEBOSH, SMSTS) are advantageous. Why Join Us?
