Our client — a rapidly expanding, award-winning digital agency based in central London — is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager to take charge of cross-channel growth campaigns that deliver serious ROI. The Role As Performance Marketing Manager , you’ll lead the strategy, activation, and optimisation of performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping client growth strategies, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and driving measurable business outcomes for a diverse client roster. What You’ll Be Doing Developing and executing high-performing, data-led campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other channels Analysing and interpreting campaign data to deliver actionable insights and clear reporting Managing budgets, forecasting performance, and optimising spend efficiency Partnering with clients to understand their commercial goals and translate them into marketing results Working closely with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to test, iterate, and improve campaign performance Staying at the forefront of performance marketing trends, tools, and emerging platforms ✅ What We’re Looking For 3 years’ experience in a performance marketing or paid media role (agency experience preferred) Proven track record of delivering ROI across multiple digital channels Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance tracking tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.) Strong analytical mindset — confident with data interpretation and storytelling Excellent communication and client management skills London-based or able to commute (hybrid working available) Salary & Perks £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience Hybrid working (2–3 days in the office) Annual performance bonus Clear progression pathway and leadership opportunities Regular socials, wellness initiatives, and professional development budget Ready to take the lead and drive performance that makes an impact?
