Packaging Coordinator

The Advocate Group are currently supporting an established and fast-growing food and drink business, for a Packaging & NPD Coordinator . This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing packaging projects and supporting the launch of exciting new products across a diverse, health-focused brand portfolio. The Role: You’ll be responsible for coordinating packaging updates and reprints across a wide range of SKUs, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring artwork meets brand and regulatory standards. Working closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams, you’ll also support new product development projects from concept through to launch. Key Responsibilities: Manage packaging timelines, artwork approvals, and supplier communication Maintain accurate product specifications and compliance documentation Support NPD activities including sample coordination, feasibility checks, and project tracking Work collaboratively across teams to bring innovative, organic products to market About You: Experience in packaging coordination, product development, or technical roles within FMCG (ideally food or drink) Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with strong supplier management experience Interest in health, wellness, and sustainability Working knowledge of food labelling or compliance is a plus This is a brilliant opportunity to join a values-driven business with a commitment to quality, sustainability, and continuous innovation in the sector.
