We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at their Bedfordshire site. The Role You’ll manage and develop a skilled HR team, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and aligning people strategy with business goals. As the business continues to grow, you’ll play a key role in driving change management initiatives and enhancing organisational capability. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the HR team Delivering effective change management and workforce planning Overseeing employee relations, policies, and engagement initiatives Driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies Partnering with senior leaders to deliver evidence-based HR solutions The Candidate We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on HR professional with: 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager with people management experience CIPD qualification and strong employment law knowledge Proven experience leading HR teams and managing change Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience in manufacturing (preferred) Interested?
