What you will be doing As a Key Account Manager, you will build trusted relationships with optometrists, optical staff, and business owners across both independent practices and major accounts. You will become a brand ambassador through our comprehensive training programme, gaining deep knowledge of our products and services. This role goes beyond sales. You will: Collaborate regularly with customers to understand their needs Identify solutions that support their clinical and commercial growth Champion new products and drive innovation Deliver training and education to support professional development Use data to shape strategy and inform decisions Key responsibilities Achieve performance targets and exceed sales goals Develop territory plans that maximise impact Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity Represent IQVIA at regional and national clinical events Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Build strong, lasting customer relationships Support optometrists with training and insights What you will bring Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in sales or customer-facing roles Degree-level qualification, ideally in science or business Full UK driving licence (maximum three points) Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude Why IQVIA?
