Technical Account Manager £40,000 – £45,000 25 days holiday bank holidays Office-based, Mon–Fri 8am–5pm Looking for a role where your technical know-how actually shapes the customer experience? This is a commercially-focused position with real influence — managing complex vehicle conversion projects from initial enquiry through to delivery and making sure everything runs like clockwork. You’ll be joining a well-established business with a global footprint, working closely with sales, technical and production teams to deliver bespoke solutions for service vehicles. It’s hands-on, varied and ideal for someone who thrives on detail and ownership. What You’ll Be Doing Managing technical sales orders from quote to completion, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction Producing CAD-based drawings and Bills of Material to support manufacturing (training provided) Liaising across departments — sales, procurement, workshop — to keep projects on track Supporting prototype builds, electrical specs, and attending customer meetings and exhibitions What You’ll Need to Bring Experience in technical account management or engineering (electrical/mechanical) Strong communication skills and a methodical, professional approach Working knowledge of CAD or similar drawing packages A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when needed Who They Are This business is part of a global group with operations in over 50 countries.
