Role | Account Executive Areas | Client Services, Partnerships, Business Development, Communications Based | London (Hybrid Working) Offer | £32,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience) Contract | Full-time, Permanent Hi We’re working with a purpose-driven organisation that’s seeking a motivated Account Executive to help grow and support its business membership network. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement, developing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand the organisation’s reach and impact. As Account Executive, you will: Support the delivery of the organisation’s business growth strategy Research and identify new member opportunities within the corporate and public sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals Deliver engaging client pitches and presentations, both virtually and in-person Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent messaging and excellent service Ensure accurate data management and reporting through CRM systems Attend industry events and networking sessions to raise the organisation’s profile Coordinate smooth onboarding for new members and oversee renewal processes What we’re looking for: Experience in account management, partnerships, or business development (charity, membership, or professional services background ideal) Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong research and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload Confident presenting to external stakeholders at all levels Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment What’s on offer: Salary of £32,000 – £34,000 (depending on experience) Flexible hybrid working (London-based)
