We're Hiring: Interim Project HR Advisors Location: London (Hybrid) Contract Type: Fixed-Term / Project-Based Department: HR Projects Are you a credible HR professional with a passion for delivering impactful change? We're looking for a Project HR Advisor to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of high-profile HR exit programmes within a large blue light authority . This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder engagement skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to navigate complex environments with empathy and precision. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting officers through exit schemes with clear, compassionate guidance. Managing HR exit administration, expressions of interest, and panel coordination. Ensuring compliance with governance standards and project timelines. Collaborating with internal HR teams and external partners. Maintaining accurate project data and reporting for decision-making. Who You’ll Work With: You’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders including HR colleagues, LDSS, third-party providers, and line managers—communicating across all levels of the organisation via Teams, email, phone, and in-person meetings. ✅ What You’ll Bring: CIPD qualified or working towards qualification, or equivalent HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law (Equality Act). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Experience in project delivery and HR administration. Why Join Us?
