We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager from within the housebuilding industry who enjoys leading by example, coaching others, and ensuring customers receive the very best journey when buying their new home. You’ll be part of a collaborative Sales and Marketing team and report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director. What you’ll be doing Leading, inspiring, and mentoring on-site Sales Negotiators. Developing sales strategies and ensuring sites run smoothly from launch to completion. Working closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns and customer experiences. Managing pricing, reporting, and market research to keep ahead of trends. Ensuring every development is presented to a 5* standard. Championing an excellent customer journey from first enquiry to completion. What we’re looking for New homes sales experience Sales Manager level currently working for a volume housebuilder Experience leading teams and supporting consultants on site. A proven ability to deliver results while keeping customer experience at the heart of everything. Strong organisation and communication skills, with confidence in reporting and strategy. Someone who enjoys being part of a team and helping others succeed. A full UK driving licence and willingness to work some weekends. What’s on offer Up to £65,000 basic with OTE up to £185,000. Car allowance Commission and bonus scheme. Private healthcare. 25 days annual leave bank holidays.
