The Role We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth across the North East . This is a full-time, field-based role where you’ll own the territory, build strong relationships and grow both loyalty and new business. What you Bring Strong track record in sales, account management and relationship building Experience with kitchen retailers and fabricators ( Must have ) Established relationships with kitchen store owners, showroom managers, kitchen designers , and fabricators Sharp understanding of market trends and customer needs Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivation and ability to manage your own schedule Full driving licence (Knowledge of sinks, taps and accessories is a bonus – we’ll get you up to speed.)
