Residential Property Solicitor, 3 years’ PQE, Derbyshire, £35,000-£50,000 (DOE). A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join a Legal 500 firm as a Residential Property Conveyancer. In this role, you will mentor and inspire a small team while playing a key part in driving the department’s growth and ongoing success. The Role: • Lead, guide, and inspire a close-knit, energetic team. • Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. • Provide technical expertise and support to junior colleagues. • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their professional growth. • Work closely with the Head of Residential Property to support departmental growth and long-term success. The Candidate: • Experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer. • 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. • Strong IT and case management system skills. • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail. • Previous experience in supervising or mentoring team members. • Proactive, client-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
