Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, based in Wiltshire , which is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join their busy Agriculture and Landed Estates Team . This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside a Partner with an established and varied caseload, advising clients on a wide range of private client and tax planning matters. The Role Advising on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax Offering tax-efficient solutions for wealth succession and family business structures. Drafting and advising on trust documentation , family partnerships , and related bespoke agreements. Assisting with estate administration , including complex estates (though this will not be the main focus). Supporting a Partner while also managing your own workload independently.
