Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the HR function, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and education sector best practice. Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes. Provide expert advice on employment law, policies, and procedures. Support senior leadership in workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organisational culture. Requirements: Extensive HR leadership experience within the education sector. Strong track record in handling complex HR casework and employment law matters. Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive change. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
