Residential Property Solicitor

I'm currently working with a well-established regional law firm that’s looking to strengthen its Residential Property team with an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s confident managing their own files and looking for a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment — with flexibility, progression, and a healthy caseload (but not overwhelming). Location: Flexibility between two regional offices, with a hybrid/home-working setup available Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday), standard working hours around 9:00–17:30 What the role involves: You’ll be managing your own end-to-end residential caseload , covering a wide range of matters including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfers of equity Shared ownership, lease extensions, and new builds More complex work, such as trust, probate, matrimonial, and attorney-related matters You'll also handle post-completion responsibilities (Land Registry applications, MR01 submissions, title registration etc.) and will be expected to work fairly independently — although there’s always team support when needed. This is a client-facing role , so confidence in communicating clearly and professionally is important. The team values accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to keeping matters moving. You may also be asked to provide some technical support or guidance to junior members of the team, depending on your level of experience.
