The role: - Arrange appointments ensuring timely follow-ups and provide support as needed - Process customer replacements - Ensure units are correctly configured and working - Ensure all information is recorded accurately - Use relevant software as needed -Build and maintain relationships with customers and installers - Report any issues to management when necessary - Any additional tasks as required The candidate: - Fluent in French (written and spoken) a benefit but not a requirement - Experience in customer service a bonus - Excellent communication skills - Customer focused with a high attention to details - Good IT skills The salary: up to £24,000 per annum French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
