Senior Investment Analyst – Real Estate Leading Investment Manager in the West End A leading UK real estate Investment Manager is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst. This team is extremely busy with significant deal flow across the UK, predominantly across asset classes including hotels and PBSA . They have an opportunistic approach to transactions, meaning team members get incredible access to the full investment and development lifecycle. This company has significantly outperformed the market in recent years and experience impressive growth. With excellent sources of capital, they intend to continue to acquire actively, and so this is a growth hire within their team. The key duties will include: Support the financial analysis of new acquisitions and development opportunities, preparing detailed financial models and investment committee materials. Lead on the structuring and execution of financing (acquisition, development, and investment loans), managing relationships with lenders and advisors. Take ownership of asset-level cashflows, refinancing, and disposal analysis, driving value at each stage of the investment lifecycle. Monitor market trends across operational sectors, analysing data on occupancy, rents, demographics, and competitor activity. Collaborate closely with colleagues across development, operations, and senior leadership to deliver investment strategies. The Successful Candidate will have: Established Analyst/Senior Analyst experience, with extremely strong modelling skills. You will ideally have exposure hotels, PBSA, or other operational assets. But this is not essential. Very strong financial modelling skills and a track record of producing clear, insightful analysis. Commercially minded with a detail-driven approach to underwriting and deal execution.
