Our client, a renowned player in the manufacturing and FMCG industry , is seeking a Finance Officer to join their high-performing team based in Durban North . Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full accounts payable and receivable function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards. Manage month-end processes including reconciliations, journals, and preparation of the trial balance. Maintain and manage fixed assets and intercompany transactions. Supervise and support a small finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Degree with completed articles (SAICA or SAIPA). Experience: Minimum 1 year post-articles experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment . Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel. Competencies: Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Non-negotiable: Must have experience managing both debtors and creditors, as well as exposure to fixed assets and intercompany accounts. Salary: R500 000 R600 000 per annum (depending on experience).
