Our successful IT Systems Supporters · attend to internal customer requests for support , manage the resolution and incident reports · conduct daily IT operations including thorough handover between shifts and accurate documentation · ensure system availability and backups through diligent and timeous maintenance · work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
