Engineer EMEA Miejsce pracy: Czaplinek Your responsibilities Analyze technical documentation provided by suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and technical standards. Develop technical and quality clauses for supplier agreements to ensure alignment with internal requirements. Resolve technical ambiguities with suppliers and customers to ensure clear communication of specifications. Coordinate RFQ and FAI processes (Request for Quotation / First Article Inspection) to ensure timely and compliant product deliveries. Oversee the inspection of first articles to verify quality and technical conformity. Represent the company in meetings with suppliers and customers, supporting business relationships and technical negotiations. Our requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or a related technical field involving documentation review and quality management. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in technical environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Fluent English. Experience representing the company in professional business meetings and supplier interactions.
