Akronos Technologies Group, International company leader in innovation, R&D and high-tech engineering services, is looking for the following profiles: Job Profile: ILS Aerospace Aerospace Job Location: Rome Branch of Industry: Aerospace For aerospace company we are looking for an engineer involved on radar development Responsibilities And Duties Organize , improve, prepare all the activitie linked with RAM & ILS activities according to company applicable certification standards and regulations and customer specific system and process requirements and follow all process steps Perform reliability prediction analysis to estimate MTBF Mastering and implementing the Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) method and (FMEA) Support the Safety Assessment process and all the activity loinked with FMEA data Perform on-field reliability analysis by aggregating the fault data of the repaired products Support Engineering in defining the Key Product Characteristics (KPC) and Key Control Characteristic (KCC) Define company quality indicators related to RAM and ILS management Provides timely feedback on highly problematic components to prevent the Engineering Department from reusing on new products Required skills: Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics and Space Engineering, Statistics, Physics or similar disciplines At least 2 years experience in this role ( better if on defence-aerospace sector) Flexibility / Proactivity/Curiosity Inter-personal and communication skills Specific details will be shared in a further selection step.
