Permanent employee, Full-time – Monza, Hybrid Your mission Develop new business opportunities in the Italian market, with a focus on software for routing, trip planning, and real-time transport visibility; Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure; Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that deliver tangible value; Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure a consistent and effective commercial proposal; Represent PTV Logistics at trade fairs, events, and strategic meetings with prospects and clients; Actively contribute to the commercial strategy by bringing market feedback and innovative ideas. Your profile Proven experience as an Account Executive in the logistics sector, preferably in route planning and/or transport management systems (TMS); Strong skills in customer acquisition and determination in achieving sales targets; Solid knowledge of the transport and supply chain industry; Passion for success and results-driven mindset; Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools; Native Italian speaker with excellent command of English.
