Land Manager

Job Opportunity: Land Manager in Italy The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading IPP in search of a Land Manager in Italy. Responsibilities: Participate in the identification, analysis, and selection of potential sites for renewable energy generation plants. Identify landowners for development sites, negotiate legal transactions such as leasing contracts, options, easements, and acquisitions. Establish relationships with local institutions. Support in finding real estate brokers to assist in land search and negotiations. Assist in project management during development phases through collaboration with external brokers. Help obtain necessary permits for construction and operation of renewable energy facilities. Participate in M&A processes and conduct due diligence regarding land availability. Assist in preparing documentation for litigation and pre-litigation issues. Minimum 5 years of experience in Land Management, Scouting, and Brokerage of Solar PV projects. Knowledge of agricultural land real estate law and environmental law is an advantage. Strong negotiating skills and ability to build and maintain contacts. Experience with Italian legal standards related to land ownership, building law, and renewable energy law. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, teamwork aptitude, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently. J-18808-Ljbffr
