Role: Senior Quality Engineer (Injection Moulding) Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum Overtime & Bonus Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday: 8:00am–1:00pm (39 hours/week) Job Type: Full time, Permanent ________________________________________ The Package: • Overtime available • Training & development opportunities • Internal progression routes | Leadership/Management • Company pension scheme • Company sick pay ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support quality assurance across departments • Conduct internal audits and assist with external/customer audits • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives • Manage documentation and compliance with ISO standards • Oversee product verification, reporting, and customer returns • Support production checks and despatch quality processes ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in a senior quality role within manufacturing • Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards • Skilled in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and Six Sigma • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Auditor training and experience with automotive quality systems (desirable) • Experience in rubber/plastic injection moulding is a plus Interaction Recruitment: We have specialist consultants across various industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial, and Hospitality.
