Job Description
DCT Recruitment are seeking an experienced Admin to join our client based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities: · Booking in jobs and handling customer and client enquiries · Assisting with Directors diaries and scheduling appointments · Raising invoices and maintaining accurate records · Ensuring staff CSCS cards and training tickets are kept up to date · Booking relevant training courses and maintaining company accreditations · Overseeing compliance documentation and deadlines · Supporting with Eco Funding administration · Using the internal system (url removed) to manage tasks and workflows Requirements: · Previous administrative experience is essential · Strong organisational and communication skills · Experience with Eco Funding processes · Competent IT skills, with experience using (url removed) (advantageous) · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Salary and Benefits: · £13.00 - £15.00 per hour, depending on experience · Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm · Friendly and supportive working environment Please call Bartosz at DCT Recruitment on (phone number removed) if you are interested or apply
