Associate Director JDE Finance & Procure-to-Pay

We are a multinational company, a leader in engineering and industrial gases, and we are looking for an Associate Director JDE Finance & Procure-to-Pay Locations: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon or Mexico City Purpose of the position Responsible for managing an experienced and high-performing team of JDEdwards Business Analysts supporting Finance (Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit & Collections, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable) and Procurement processes for Merchant and On-site, Package and Medigas businesses in USA and Canada This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, standardization, and innovation through the strategic use of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 Principal responsibilities You will configure and support JDEdwards software for Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit and Collections by identifying and implementing process automation, data-driven decision-making tools, and system optimizations to improve productivity and reduce manual effort You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency, and leverage data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement Oversee the development and implementation of new JDE solutions for the Account Receivables, Cash Application, Credit and Collections area; the new functional and technical processes must support business requirements while supporting standardization and repeatable best practices Requirements You will need a degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, plus 10 years of experience with JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 You will bring deep functional expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement to deliver scalable, efficient, and future-ready JDE solutions Extensive functional knowledge of JDEdwards software is required, prior experience implementing the following modules: Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Credit and Collections and General Ledger Technical knowledge of JDEdwards software and functional knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable, is desirable Proven experience leading ERP teams and delivering complex, cross-functional projects Data analysis and SQL language knowledge You should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Compensation and Benefits Package Base salary, medical, dental and life insurance, Savings fund, Grocery voucher, Christmas bonus, among other benefits.
